Shipping policy

We're aiming to begin shipping on 14 May 2026. Orders placed before then are pre-orders, you'll be charged at checkout, and we'll send your jacket as soon as the run is ready. We'll email you with tracking the moment your order ships.

UK orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail or DPD and typically arrive within 2–4 working days from dispatch. Shipping is on us for UK orders.

International orders are sent tracked via DHL or an equivalent courier. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 working days from dispatch. International shipping is charged at checkout based on destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and paid on delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, we don't mark up or profit from them.

If the 14 May date shifts for any reason, we'll email everyone who's ordered with a clear update. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any point before it ships.
